PCB Assembly

Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) — PCB Assembly & Metal-Core Integration

Precision PCB Assembly — from Prototype to Small & Mid-Volume

We provide automatic (SMT) and manual (THT/hand soldering) assembly of electronic components on printed circuit boards. Whether you need a fast prototype, pilot run, or mass production, we deliver clean, reliable builds with consistent quality.

Our Services

1) Automatic SMT Assembly

High-accuracy pick & place and reflow processes for modern electronics, including fine-pitch and mixed-technology boards.

Key benefits

  • Fast turnaround for prototypes and series builds
  • Stable, repeatable placement quality
  • Support for mixed BOMs and complex layouts

2) Manual Assembly & Hand Soldering

For boards that require special handling, low-volume builds, through-hole parts, connectors, large components, or rework.

Typical use cases

  • THT components and mechanical parts
  • Engineering changes (ECO) and modifications
  • Repair, replacement, and rework

3) PCB Mounting on Copper or Aluminum Base (Metal-Backed Solutions)

We also perform PCB mounting onto copper or aluminum substrates, followed by component assembly. This approach is ideal for applications where heat dissipation, mechanical stability, or robust thermal interfaces are essential.

Common applications

  • Power electronics
  • LED and lighting modules
  • Motor drives, converters, high-current designs

Equipment & Technology

Essemtec FOX Pick & Place

For flexible and precise SMT assembly, we use the Essemtec FOX platform—well suited for prototypes through production, with strong performance for mixed assemblies and quick changeovers.

Vapor Phase Soldering

We use a Vapor Phase reflow oven to achieve highly uniform heating and excellent solder joint consistency—especially valuable for complex boards, dense layouts, and temperature-sensitive components.

What You Can Expect

  • Transparent process: clear quoting, DFM feedback, and build documentation
  • Reliable quality: controlled assembly workflow and careful inspection at each stage
  • Flexible volumes: prototypes, small batches, and repeat orders
  • Full build support: from incoming materials to final assembled boards

How We Work

  1. You send: Gerbers, BOM, pick & place, assembly drawings
  2. We review: DFM/DFT feedback and manufacturability notes
  3. Assembly: SMT + manual operations as required
  4. Inspection & finishing: cleaning/rework when needed
  5. Delivery: assembled PCBs ready for integration
